Did you know the average patient with Diabetes spends over $14,000 a year in health care? We have a solution to help you avoid that!

The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program helps those at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles to reduce their chances of developing the disease.

Calling all kids up to 15 years of age! Get ready for an awesome athletic opportunity.  Coming up June 25th is our Youth Triathalon!

Age categories include 9 & under, 10-12, and 13-15. Cost is $25 for all entries. 

A Swim/Transition clinic will be available to get youth ready as well, on Saturday May 14 from 10-11am. Then we'll have a Run/Bike clinic May 21 from 10-11am.

Starting June 13th, you can have a safe and exciting place for your child to come every day, starting at $100 a week for members, $125 a week for non-members.
